What to Include When You Write | Ocean Warrior

Ocean Warrior plans private days from what you send. If you are still finding the brand, start on the home page. This note is the short list for an enquiry: date, group, and the outing you want.

You do not need a long letter. Three facts are enough for us to reply with a plan. Use contact or WhatsApp.

Your date

Send a preferred day, plus a backup if you have one. We check that date against the boat and write back with what we can do.

Who is coming

Group size is how we know whose day this is. The outing is for the people you name — not a public tour. Read what “your group only” means if that is the first question.

Say if anyone is new to the water. Nobody is pushed in. How long you stay at a stop is planned around who is coming.

The trip you want

Tell us snorkeling, fishing, or a combined day. Look at snorkeling, fishing, or a combined outing first if you are still choosing, then write which it is.

Snorkeling

A private snorkeling trip is time in the water for your group. If someone is new to the water, say so when you write.

Fishing

A private fishing trip is paced for the people fishing. Some groups want the whole day on the line. Others sit in the shade and let one person fish. Tell us which it is.

Both on one outing

You can ask for snorkel and fish on the same private day. One boat. Your group. The plan is written after we know who is coming and how you want the hours used. More on that in snorkel, fish, or split the day.

What happens after you write

We reply with a plan. Details such as what to bring — swimwear, sun protection, anything personal you need on a boat — are confirmed when we write back.

If you want the brand first, read who Ocean Warrior is. If you want to see how a day looks, open the gallery.

After the trip

If you have already been out, you can share a review or read other guest notes. For more notes before you enquire, go back to the blog.
